208% INCREASE IN LEADS & 53% DECREASE IN CPL


For one of my B2B client in Education Industry, I was able to generate and increase the leads by 208% with a decrease in CPL. I achieved these numbers by executing below strategies:
Improving Remarketing Audiences:
In 2022, we expanded this audience to also include those who engaged with our ads and also our social media handle (Facebook page and Instagram account) in the last 30 days – which can include those who like, share, save or click on our ads/social media posts on Facebook & Instagram.
Expanding the Audience:
In order to target and increase the size of the audience, I expanded the audience by not only people who were an employee of the organisation but also who were interested in those organisation, and by doing so, I saw an increase of 3300% MoM from this audience.
Optimization as per the ad placement:
This strategy was also implemented in 2022, wherein we tried to only include best performing placements such as Facebook & Instagram feeds and stories format, which also helped us increase the leads by 301% from Facebook Feed YoY.
Including Events Audience:
In 2022, as we had couple of events for this client, it was the right opportunity to create Facebook events page and creating a custom audience of anyone who have responded interested or going to these events, as the audience was too small, I tried creating a lookalike audience of 5%, which saw a decrease in CPL by 41% MoM.
